Refund policy

 

So what happens if it did not work out for you in the end? Please have a read through our return, exchange or refund policy below. If you have any additional questions please send us an email at support@unborn.co and we will get back to you, normally within one working day.

 

First and foremost the rules that apply to all regular shipments, with the exlusion of Competitions and Referral Campaigns (please see the Section RETURNING / EXCHANGE FOR COMPETITIONS AND REFERRAL CAMPAIGNS). 

Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 Days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Your return item can either be exchanged for a new item, or you can get a refund for it.

 

RETURNING / EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE

WITHING THE EU

Within the European Union all returns and exchanges free, with the exlusion of Competitions and Referral Campaigns. Both return shipping and the shipping of any replacement item(s) is covered by UNBORN. 

To start a return, exchange or refund you can visit our return portal here.  Enter your order number and postal code to register your return, and you will automatically receive the shipping label in your email.

If return portals are not your thing, please follow the next three steps, and we will assist you in getting things sorted.

  1. you can contact us at support@unborn.co with your order number as reference an specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. In case of exchange, please mention the size and colour of the replacement item.

  2. Fill in your order number and e-mail on this form and place it inside the original packaging along with the item(s). Seal it securely with tape.

  3. Once the return registration is completed and reviewed by us, you’ll receive a prepaid label via email and further instructions of how to return your parcel in your country.

Refunds will be processed once the returning goods have been received at our warehouse and passed the inspection. Once the refund is completed you’ll receive a refund confirmation e-mail.

OUTSIDE THE EU

Outside the European customers are obliged to organize and pay for the return shipping. Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us. We will cover the shipping cost of any replacement items.

  2. Fill in your order number and e-mail on this form an place it inside the repack envelope along with the item(s). Seal it securely with tape.

  3. Please wait for the next steps which you will find in our e-mail confirming your return registration.

 

The customer is responsible for the return shipment of his/her order and bears all the risks related to the return shipment. UNBORN advises the customers to return a product by insured shipment and in a sealed packaging. In case an insured return shipment goes missing, gets damaged or in case the reception of a returned shipment is denied, the customer then has the option to hold the carrier liable. The customer, as the sender of the return shipment, must start the complaint procedure for any issue that may occur with the return shipment. The customer must keep the (official, digital) receipt of his/her return shipment that contains the tracking information.


RETURNING / EXCHANGE FOR COMPETITIONS AND REFERRAL CAMPAIGNS

Customers accepts that for any products or services acquired through our referral campaigns, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases where the goods are proven to be damaged upon receipt. This exclusion is intended to maintain the fairness and integrity of our referral program. Any claims for damaged goods must be reported promptly in accordance with our damage reporting procedures. Apart from this specific exception, all acquisitions through referral campaigns are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to carefully review this policy and make informed decisions when participating in these campaigns.
